Salmon tartare with lime


This tartare proposed by Clélia is a real delight.

Accompanied by good fries or a good salad, you should make people happy!

Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • 600 g fresh salmon
  • 2 limes
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 small bunch of dill
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of pink berries
  • 2 small shallots, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Lime and pink berry salmon tartare recipe

1- Wash your salmon under cold water. Dry it with a clean cloth. Remove the skin, a little delicate step (make a small incision on one edge and pull gently) and with tweezers remove all the edges.

2- Cut your fillets with a good knife into small cubes of about 3-4 mm. Reserve in the fridge.

3- Wash your bunch of dill, thin out and chop it.

4- Wash and brush your limes, cut them in 4, then each quarter in 4, then each quarter of a quarter in 4 in the direction of the width. (Hope you understood me?). Remove the hard skin from each of the small pieces of lemon. Reserve in the fridge.

5- Just before serving (so that the salmon does not cook with the lemon), put your cubes of salmon in a salad bowl, add the olive oil, the juice of the lemon, dill, pink berries, the small pieces of lime, the minced shallots with salt and pepper, mix well, taste to adjust the seasoning and at the table!

To make your tartare look better, use a circle and a stainless steel stuffer when dressing or present it in ramekins.
