  • 1 broccoli
  • 250 g red millet
  • 150g abundance
  • 20 g butter
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper

> Cut the broccoli into small florets, run it under water. Pre-steam it so that it is still slightly crunchy.

> In a large saucepan of boiling salted water, pour the previously rinsed millet. Cook it for 15 minutes.

> Meanwhile, slice the cheese into strips.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (th. 6).

> Drain the millet and place it in a gratin dish with the bouquets of broccoli, season, then add the cheese and sprinkle with knobs of butter.

> Bake and cook for 10 to 15 minutes until the surface browns.
