Treat yourself with this apricot-peach milkshake recipe, easy, quick and very vitamin.
Preparation time: 10 min
Ingredients for 4 persons :
- 8 apricots
- 4 nectarines (or peaches)
- 75 cl of milk
- ½ lemon
- 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream.

Apricot-peach milkshake recipe
Wash the fruits then cut them in half to remove the stones. Please note: the peaches should ideally be peeled before being pitted. In this case, they are immersed for a few seconds in boiling water to facilitate peeling.
Roughly cut them into pieces.
Squeeze half a lemon then lemon the fruit. Place the fruit in the bowl of the blender (or mixer). In the absence of a blender or a bowl mixer, you can prepare with a hand blender. In this case, pour the ingredients into a tall container large enough to allow the foot of the blender to pass through (eg a water jug).
Pour in the milk and add the 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream. Mix and serve immediately in fruit juice glasses with large straws.
In a non-milky version, the fruits are mixed in a blender with a sweet tea flavored with spices (cardamom, cloves,cinnamon, pepper…) or with fresh herbs such as fresh mint, lemon balm, lemon verbena, lemongrass… and ice cubes. Serve immediately to keep the frozen sensation.
