Potato Gratin with Camembert


Deliciously au gratin, this Camembert potato gratin recipe is ideal to accompany your grilled meats or simply with a good lettuce.

Ingredients for 4 persons :

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 1 camembert
  • 20 cl of liquid cream (30% fat)
  • 30 cl of whole milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Potato gratin with Camembert recipe

- Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into very thin slices. Place them in a previously buttered gratin dish.

- Preheat the oven to 150 ° C (th.5).

- Cut the Camembert into slices.

- Pour the milk and cream into a saucepan, add the slices of Camembert. Gently melt, stirring with a wooden spoon. Season. Pour over the potatoes. Bake and cook for about 50 minutes.

Serve immediately!
