  • Dig furrows 2 cm deep and space each row approximately 20 cm

Often confused with the salsify, they are nevertheless 2 different plants. The scorsonere also has taste qualities more interesting.

We distinguish the scorsonera by its black root and its flowers are yellow from the salsif which has a white root and pink or blue flowers.
