As a starter or as an aperitif, here is a great way to cook black radish by combining it with sesame.

Preparation time : 5 minutes
Cooking time : no cooking
In the basket :
- ½ Black radish
- 20gr of sesame seeds
- olive oil of your choice (lemon, basil, ...)
In the closet :
- Salt and pepper from the mill
Recipe from black radish with sesame
Heat a frying pan and place the sesame seeds in it.
Brown them raw (no fat) for 5-7 min. stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, rinse the black radish and cut it into thin slices.
Arrange them on 2 plates, pour 1 drizzle of olive oil of your choice.
Season lightly and enjoy.
If you want to sweeten the flavor of black radish, go for basil oil. On the other hand, if you want to add a light touch of spice and fruit, then go for the lemon oil!
If you have any black radish left over, use it cut into sticks, in a salad with cream cheese, granny apples and a little salmon or smoked trout.
