Naans has the laughing cow


Naan is a sheet of bread, originally from Asia, baked on the hot wall of an oven.

Here it is embellished with delicious laughing cow.

Ingredients for 4 persons :

  • 250 g of wheat flour
  • 1 to 2 tsp. teaspoon fine salt
  • 1? 2 sachet of dry yeast
  • 5 cl of lukewarm water
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 60 g stirred yogurt
  • 8 servings of laughing cow

Laughing Cow Naan Recipe

In a bowl, combine the flour and fine salt.

In a ramekin, combine the dry yeast with the lukewarm water and let stand for 1 minute.

Pour the oil into the flour and then the yogurt. Add the yeast. Mix all the ingredients by hand (or in a food processor). Leave to rest for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 280 ° C (th. 9/10) without hot air.

Shape into 90 g balls, roll out the dough, then arrange a laughing cow in the center. Close the dough. The dough must be well connected. Gently form the naan with the palm of your hand.

Bake for 3 to 5 minutes depending on the oven.
